We started DoorLiftIQ for a straightforward reason: buying a smart garage door opener in Canada often meant paying extra for the features that make it smart — the keypad, the camera, the battery backup — and sometimes a monthly subscription on top just to see your own garage.
So we put the whole package in the box. Every DoorLiftIQ opener arrives with wireless safety sensors, a wireless wall control and app and voice control built in, with a 2K camera included with selected models and no subscription to use it. The wireless accessories matter more than they sound: no cable to run along the ceiling or staple down the door frame, which takes real time off every installation.
We sell to homeowners, garage door companies, installers, builders and distributors across Canada. Orders ship from Canada, warranty claims are handled here, and when you email us you reach someone who knows the product — not an overseas call centre.
We are a young company and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. What we can promise is a lifetime motor warranty, 5 years on parts, straight answers about what our openers do and do not do, and a phone or email reply from a person who will see the problem through.
